How it is organized inside
Two factory sections, two finishes. The logic is the same — bedroom, full bathroom and living–dining resolved at the factory, with no walls to build and no finishes left pending. What changes is the order of the spaces and the palette: that is how different the same capsule can look.
Reference prices apply to Baja California only. For Sonora, Los Cabos, Tulum, San Diego, and Imperial Valley, CA, pricing is quoted per project. Subject to market changes without notice. Installation and VAT not included — installation cost depends on the final delivery destination.

Air conditioning does come from the factory, together with an electric water heater and a fresh-air system. Solar panels do not come with any model. If your land has no power, AVITA quotes the solution separately.

It depends on each site, which is why we start with a free inspection visit. We review the conditions, the access and the crane maneuver, and tell you exactly what your case requires: it can be as simple as an already-leveled concrete slab, or it may need leveling or foundation work. That work is carried out by an outside civil engineer — we tell you precisely what is needed, and if you prefer we can recommend someone we trust.
Estimated delivery is around 80 days from signing: roughly 60 days of factory production plus shipping from China. The payment schedule is built on that timeline, and the final payment falls against delivery. Once on site, installation takes one to two days.
30% on signing the contract, 40% at 50 days and 30% at 80 days, against delivery — with no interest or added charges. Signature Capsules carry no holding deposit. Your written quote is valid for 7 days, because the exchange rate, tariffs and freight move. Prices are in US dollars; if you prefer you can pay in pesos, and each payment is converted at the Diario Oficial exchange rate of the day it is made.
It all starts with a free site inspection: we check access, whether the crane can get in and maneuver, and the condition of the power, water and drainage connections. From that we produce a report of what your land needs to have ready. If a service is missing we provide the complete solution — solar panels where there is no power, and water or drainage alternatives where there is no service — always quoted and authorized by you. You do not need to be present, but we recommend someone on your side be there to open access points. Our team arrives in AVITA MX uniform.
Yes, and that is one of its advantages: the capsule is not tied to the land. It arrives and leaves whole, in a single piece. If tomorrow you want to move it somewhere else, we disconnect the services, lift it onto the trailer with a crane and install it wherever you say; that haul is quoted separately. And if you would rather leave it permanently fixed, it anchors to the slab with locking clamps — the same system that couples railway cars. The clamps are quoted separately and are fitted by whoever prepares your land.
